Remedial Repairs
Rebuilds: Spindles, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulic systems and lube systems.
Realignments: One axis or all axes, with each being realigned to OEM specifications.
Laser Leveling and Evaluation: A Hamar Dual Plane Laser is used to evaluate geometry and level a new installation or existing machine.
Control Retrofit: All major manufacturers’ systems, including hardware- or software-based packages.
Spindle Taper Grinding: Reground in place to restore rigidity and concentricity.
